Featured Book: The Shadow War by Lindsay Smith

In the remote close-knit village of Oakvale, everyone knows not to enter the surrounding dark woods, for fear of the terrible monsters that rage there. But courageous Adele cannot resist the lure of the forest, and what she will discover there will test her the limits of her bravery and change her fate forever!

This was an unexpected parcel from the Book Box Club. I switched over to Purely Books but an error in the packing centre meant I got the full box. I let the girls over at BBC know but they allowed me to keep the items as a unexpected upgrade.
