Description by Illumicrate
Our featured book for June is set in an alternative Paris where the dark underworld is divided into criminal guilds and one girl fights to keep her sister from their clutches. We totally fell in love with the captivating writing and incredible world-building, and we know you will too!

I’d seen on Instagram that this was a regular occurring series that Illumicrate did and I was not disappointed.

This fan! It was a really hot day when this arrived so I was so glad when I pulled it out of the box. Sadly mine was broken, but the girls over at Illumicrate was really quick to send out a replacement for me.

This artwork is gorgeous – I feel like I do say this a lot about the art that’s included in the boxes but I’ve yet to be disappointed by what I’ve received.

I wasn’t expecting this item but it was a lovely addition. I do love a good bookmark and I loved the art and the quote that was on this.
The Kill List Tea Towel

Nothing like a good kitchen item. I don’t think I’ll use it though. I really liked it. Maybe I will use it but just not yet.
Featured Book: The Cout of Miracles by Kester Grant
This beautiful edition has a new cover, a hidden cover, sprayed edges and autopen signed endpapers.
In the violent urban jungle of an alternate 1828 Paris, the French Revolution has failed and the city is divided between merciless royalty and nine underworld criminal guilds, known as the Court of Miracles. Eponine (Nina) Thénardier is a talented cat burglar and member of the Thieves Guild. Nina’s life is midnight robberies, avoiding her father’s fists, and watching over her naïve adopted sister, Cosette (Ettie). When Ettie attracts the eye of the ruthless lord of the Guild of Flesh, Nina is caught in a desperate race to keep the younger girl safe, forcing her to make a terrible choice: protect Ettie and set off a brutal war between the guilds, or forever lose her sister to the Tiger.
Monthly Collectors Pin by @fableandblack
Inspired by the motto and crest of the Court of Miracles.
Illumicrate had announced that they were going to start doing pins to go with the books and I loved that idea. This is absolutely stunning and I can wait to see what others come!
This is my favourite box to date. I loved all the items and if this is their standard. I can’t wait to see what next month brings!
